ORDERING PRODUCTS:
You can order online, at your convenience, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on our secure shopping cart site.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES:
All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours.  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

All available items will be shipped at once. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available. Customers will be notified by e-mail if items are not in stock. 

Please note; shipments to Hawaii take 3-6 weeks.

RETURNS:
All items must be unused and sealed in its original package. We can not accept any damaged, used or opened merchandise. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please ensure that any stickers remain attached to the product and that it is returned in its original package. Please send us an email to support@renmaxcosmetics.com if you would like to return your item and we will issue a return ticket.

Please Do Not Send us a package without contacting us first!

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Renmax Cosmetics cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail location or from any third party. Retail locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our website.
